Foam is a structuring component of comfort and protection. Baudchon cuts it to shape, complementing its textile fillings, to deliver a coherent assembly to its bedding, furnishing, protection and technical clients. No fixed catalogue: the foam, cutting tolerance and finish are defined with our design office according to the end use.

Cutting to specification
Any shape: square and rectangle, L and curved L, T and curved T, cylinder, round, or a free shape from a pattern you provide. Our design office validates feasibility, the right foam and tolerances before launch.
