Industrial textile wadding and quilting
Structuring processes that determine the performance of your textiles.

Wadding integrates one or more layers of batting between textile substrates. Depending on the chosen structure, it improves thermal insulation, adds comfort and volume, reinforces mechanical hold or absorbs stresses.
Quilting permanently bonds these layers. It ensures the cohesion of the whole, dimensional stability and the even distribution of volumes over time.
The type of stitching, the quilting pattern and the wadding weight are chosen according to the end use: comfort in bedding, resistance in protection, finish in haute couture.
Sectors concerned
- Bedding & furnishing — lasting comfort, controlled structure
- Medical & healthcare — consistency, functional cleanliness, durability in use
- Luxury & haute couture — quilted linings for garments, bags and accessories; exclusive patterns as a material signature for couture houses and premium brands
- Technical protection — insulation, resistance, stability in demanding conditions
